Beyond Beta: June 2025 at Sociality.io

👋 Hey everyone, Micaela here! I’m the Design & Flow Maker at Sociality.io, where I focus on how everything comes together: visually, functionally, and experientially. Beyond Beta June 2025 is all about clarity and flow, or as I like to think of it, fine-tuning the rhythm so your day clicks just right. We’ve redesigned how messages are organized and acted on in the Engage, added more nuance to AI tagging, and expanded our listening reach. Let’s take a closer look at what’s new 👇

Social Media News in a NutshellGet the latest social media news, insights, and marketing tips in your inbox once a week.

💬 Message stream is faster, smarter and cleaner

Previously known as Bulk Actions, the redesigned “Message stream” brings a faster, more focused experience. With improved performance, everything loads quicker and scrolls smoother ⚡ Tagging is now keyboard-friendly, and you can also add internal notes to share context with teammates or capture details about the customer. New options like “Review all messages from this user” and “See all comments on this post” make it easier to see the full picture 🔎

🏷️ Say hello to the “Filler” tag

Our AI feature set just got a bit sharper with the addition of a new Filler tag in both the Engage and Listen modules. It automatically flags short, non-informative messages like “hello,” “good morning,” “yes!” or quick emoji reactions 👋, the kind that are friendly but don’t add much value to analysis or tracking. Already tagged with the power of AI, you can cut through the noise and focus where it really matters 🔇

🌏 Listen module now speaks Indonesian

Whether you’re already engaging audiences in Indonesia or planning to expand into the region, we have good news for you. You can now track conversations and mentions in Indonesian through the Listen module 🎧 From trending topics to real customer feedback, this update helps you monitor local sources with clarity and cultural relevance. It’s a powerful step toward building more localized strategies and uncovering regional insights. And staying connected to one of Southeast Asia’s most dynamic markets is crucial! 🌏
