Unlock your creativity: All aspect ratios are now supported for Instagram Reels

Previously, you were able to publish Reels with a strict 9:16 aspect ratio, limiting your creative freedom while managing your Instagram presence. However, we’re thrilled to share that we’ve broken down those barriers! Now, all aspect ratios are fully supported, empowering you to unleash your creativity like never before. Whether it’s a widescreen landscape, a square frame, or anything in between, you can now craft and share Reels in the format that best suits your vision. Embrace the freedom to express yourself uniquely and captivate your audience with a diverse range of content formats!

Expanded export capability for bulk actions in Engage module

Good news for users of the Engage module! We’re thrilled to announce the expansion of our export capability for bulk actions. With this update, you can now export up to 10,000 conversations in XLS format, a significant increase from the previous limit of 5,000. This enhancement empowers you to manage your data more efficiently and analyze it with greater depth. Take advantage of this improved functionality to streamline your workflow and make the most out of your Engage experience.

adesso and their Sociality.io experience 

We recently held a highly productive meeting with Eylül Türkyılmaz, Digital Media Specialist at adesso—a dynamic IT consultancy firm that has been at the forefront of technology innovation for a decade in Türkiye and 25 years in Germany.

She reflects, “In previous companies I worked for, there were years I’ve done everything manually. I know how incredibly time-consuming it is. The transition to Sociality.io has been transformative. • YouTube: We’ve successfully addressed the issue leading to the frequent expiration of YouTube access tokens, ensuring smoother access for users.
• Facebook and Instagram: We fixed the timezone issue on Facebook, and Instagram reports for the online followers graph.
• LinkedIn: We’ve fixed a bug that was preventing LinkedIn company pages from receiving mentioned posts in the Engage module.
• 2FA: We’ve resolved the login errors encountered with 2FA authentication on the platform.
• Engage: We’ve resolved technical issues affecting the accuracy of notifications in the Engage module, ensuring that unread and assigned conversations are now accurately represented.
