👋 Hey everyone, Oktay here, Infrastructure & Logic Maker (yes, backend wizardry is a real thing). While I usually hang out in the world of servers, scripts, and systems that never sleep, this month I’ve stepped out of the matrix to bring you Beyond Beta: July 2025 at Sociality.io. Because the work we’ve done is all about making your day-to-day in social media management smoother, smarter, and honestly, a little more fun. Whether you’re building out reports, spying (professionally, of course) on competitors, or navigating a sea of messages; we’ve got something new for you. Here’s what’s fresh:

🔖 TikTok Favorites are in and they matter

What’s the value?
Surface content that drives personal saves
Map emotional impact beyond likes
Optimize for TikTok’s “save to discover” behavior
TikTok is a game of nuance and “favorites” are a signal goldmine. They show you which videos hit deep enough to earn a save, not just a scroll-by. Now available in the Analytics module, TikTok Favorites give you a window into what your audience wants to revisit, learn from, or share later. It’s insight into emotional stickiness and a secret weapon for boosting evergreen visibility on the FYP.
🎥 Reels views now competitive intel

What’s the value?
See what actually earns eyeballs
Decode content-to-views efficiency
Discover viral velocity in your niche
Not all Reels are created equal: Some pull views like a magnet, others flop with flair. With Reels view counts now visible in your Competitors module, you can go beyond surface-level snooping. Who’s growing reach fast? Who’s all style, no substance? These insights let you fine-tune your strategy and spot trends before they peak.
🦦 Message stream handles the chaos

What’s the value?
Preserve clarity in chaotic inboxes
Avoid false “no response” flags
Reduce tagging blind spots in analytics
Your inbox isn’t just full, it’s a jungle. Voice messages, story mentions, photo drops, media shares… not every message shows up with clean text. Now, our AI treats these message types as neutral (instead of leaving them blank), so your stream stays accurate and your metrics stay complete. Plus, with new visual cues for things like “mentioned you in their story” or “sent a voice message,” even the trickiest content is now easier to review and moderate at scale.

🫶🏻 Tribal Worldwide and their Sociality.io experience
