👋 Hey everyone, Firat here! I’m part of the crew keeping things running smoothly at Sociality.io, helping turn ideas into features and fine-tuning the way we work behind the scenes. These monthly roundups mean a lot to us—so I’m excited to share the Beyond Beta May 2025 edition with you.
In May, we’ve rolled out a few thoughtful improvements to make your day-to-day experience better. And quietly in the background, we’ve started weaving in a bit of AI — not the loud kind, but the kind that just works when you need it.
Here is a quick peek at what’s new this month… then click ahead for the juicy bits:

🤖 Engage smarter with Sociality AI

What’s the value?
Less manual effort with more clarity
Your lead always guides AI
Make everyday tasks smoother
Our Engage module just got a serious upgrade. Now, every message in your conversations is automatically analyzed and tagged by our AI — saving your team valuable time and ensuring consistent categorization across interactions. Even better, each AI-generated tag includes a detailed activity log, giving you the context behind every decision. This means you can better understand how your conversations are being labeled, update your tags and descriptions for improved accuracy, and maintain a more structured tagging system across your team.
🧩 Turning AI tagging into team insights

What’s the value?
Understand what your team deals with daily
Spot trends across platforms and campaigns
Take actions backed by tag insights
Following our recent update where AI tags every message in your inbox, we’ve now extended that capability into your team performance reports as well. Specifically, you can now view message-level tagging breakdowns—not just totals—making it easier to track tag frequency, distribution across pages, and how your team handles different message types. Whether you’re analyzing sentiment or campaign-specific tags, this new view allows you to zoom in further and take meaningful action.
📊 Measure your campaign’s true impact

What’s the value?
Know which campaigns hit the mark
Understand which actions your audience takes
Fuel content planning with facts
Last month, we introduced campaign-level post tagging and insights in the Analytics module. Now, to build on that, we’ve expanded your visibility with a new interactions table. With this update, you can track how each campaign performs across likes, comments, shares, and more—alongside the number of posts and total interactions. In short, everything you need to evaluate campaign impact is now in one place.
