Project Brief

We are looking for a customer support specialist located in Turkey who is passionate to build meaningful relationships as a guardian angel of our customers.


Requirements

  • 6-24 months experience in a customer support role
  • Top-notch verbal and written communication skills in English & Turkish
  • Self-motivation for resolving conflicts with a positive attitude
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Bonus: Experience with Intercom or similar tool and familiarity with our industry

Description

  • Responding to customer queries through chat, email, and phone in a timely and helpful manner
  • Reporting product problems to the team with testing different scenarios and impersonating users
  • Proactively improving our knowledge base including FAQ, guides, and case studies
  • Maintaining weekly reports on customer inquiries, responses, and feedback
  • Assisting sales operations to provide post-meeting support and follow up
