We use one simple credit model. One credit always maps to one unit of value, whether
that
is one day of account metrics, one day
of competitor insights, or one post with full details.
Credits refresh monthly on paid
plans.

Our Growth plan starts at 2,000 monthly credits and scales up to 20,000, with the flexibility
to switch as you grow. For higher-volume or different use cases, contact us so we can prepare tailored limits for your needs.

Support options vary by plan. Starter
includes self-serve resources such as help center
and documentation. Growth includes standard support with responsive, non-
priority handling. Scale includes priority support for more time-sensitive or
operational needs.

Scale includes additional product features for teams with more advanced security, access,
and operational needs. Depending on your setup, these can include options such as SSO,
allowed IPs, custom invoicing, more detailed activity logs, and other enterprise-level controls.

Users, pages, and competitors are not
capped by fixed plan limits. Access and
usage remain subject to your plan’s credits, fair usage rules, and platform safeguards. Restrictions may be applied where necessary to protect reliability, prevent abuse, or
enforce acceptable use.

You get 12 months of data retention with paid plans. At the start of your subscription,
we backfill up to 12 months of available historical data, but some historical data may be unavailable depending on the source and

After that, data is collected continuously
while your subscription remains active.
